Responsible Gaming
Our company recognizes the importance of keeping gambling fun and we have taken steps to promote responsible gaming for many years. We have actively participated in establishing the American Gaming Association’s prescribed measures and through our GameSense platform, follow a unified commitment to responsible gaming in our on-property and online channels.
Anti-Human Trafficking
MGM Resorts is a member of ECPAT-USA's Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism. We have signed ECPAT's Tourism Child-Protection Code of Conduct (The Code), and are a part of this worldwide network of organizations working to end the sexual exploitation of children. We have implemented several measures against human trafficking, including establishing relevant clear policies and procedures and educating and training employees to identify potential children at risk.
