The MGM Resorts Foundation enables employees to serve their communities. Through charitable contributions and volunteerism, the Foundation engages employees' resources and talents to address community issues and change lives. Employees can direct their contributions or time to the social cause of their choice, including the Foundations' Employee Emergency Relief Fund and the Children's Medical Support Fund, which provide employees with temporary assistance during unexpected crises.
